Refund policy

We want our customers to be pleased with their shopping experience. With this in mind, we do accept returns, as well as cancellations. Here are the details.


RETURNS

We accept returns with the following requirements:
· Contact us within 3 business days of receiving order
· Postdate return within 7 business days of receiving order
· Return postage must include tracking info and is paid by customer

Personalized items incur a $5 restocking fee.


EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled if requested before 8 AM the following business day
