Frequently Asked Questions
We process orders once per business day (M-F) at 8 AM CST. Currently, our processing time is 3 business days. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will ship on Wednesday. Because our processing time is already quick and our products are handmade to order, we do not offer “rush” or expedited processing of orders.
Products ship via USPS First Class mail (which includes tracking information, but not insurance) from Oklahoma. First class delivery time can take up to 10 days, but most customers receive their purchase within 5 days.
During checkout, an upgrade to USPS Priority shipping is available which provides tracking information and insurance. Priority shipping should limit delivery to 3 days. However, the USPS does not guarantee delivery time (and neither do we).
Discounts are available for orders of 10 or more items. Use the contact us form to discuss discount options.
Orders are prepared EXACTLY as submitted. Please double check the personalization when you order. In the event of an error, please contact us, and we will discuss options with you.
We offer free USPS First Class shipping within the US. However, if your order is returned to us, due to an error on your part - incorrect mailing address, no mail receptacle, etc. - we will require that you pay for the shipping to deliver your order the second time.
